Previously, when you had a rule with the Send notification to Teams action and you had the description tag, when the rule condition was met, the notification was not sent to ALBI.

Fixed inconsistency in ALBI. Now, the rules that have the action of Send notification to Teams with the tag of Description they run and the notification arrives at ALBI.
