Previously, on Specialist Console (ASMSSpecialist) when a case’s SLA was changed and the time changed from TDA to TDS or vice versa, the estimated date was recalculated on the date of modification and not on the date of creation of the case.

The adjustment is made. Now, when changing the SLA of a case and changing times from TDA to TDS or vice versa, the estimated date of the new time is calculated according to the date of creation of the case.
