In bulk case upload, it does not display the registration date and time defined in the format.

Fix inconsistency in bulk uploading cases from admin console (ASMSAdministrator); Now when doing a bulk import of cases, the date and time of registration and the closing date, once the cases are created, is the date defined in the format. Please note:

• If cases are imported into final states and a closing date is not defined, the system automatically records the current date and time.
• If cases are imported into an initial or intermediate state and an opening date is not defined, the system automatically records the current date and time.
