Previously, on the console ASMSAdministrator, when changing the status of a CI to Finalized using a bulk upload template, the CI could remain visible on the label ON, despite being marked as finished.

A setting has been implemented that corrects this behavior. Now, when uploading a template with CIs in a state Finalized, these will display correctly in the status label OFF.
