Historical Case Adjustment

An adjustment was made to the case history for the typical activity Note, to improve performance in the Specialist console. Now, when the specialist accesses the history tab, the first 200 characters of each note associated with the case will be displayed.

In the preview, no images will be displayed. If there are only images in a note, the message will be displayed “Expand to see detail”.

By clicking the “Expand”, all the information in the note will be displayed.
