Previously, when performing a search by subject in the quick management option, no results were displayed even if they had related cases.
Made an adjustment to the Specialist Console (ASMSSpecialist), it will now be possible to filter the information of the user’s cases by subject, making it easier to search and view specific cases.
⚐ Note: When the customer, company, or ci fields are empty, only the information by subject will be filtered in articles and templates.
