Previously, in the console (ASMSSpecialist); when exporting cases in (Excel), columns with dates did not take UTC and generated a conversion error; this happened when the Specialist did not have the time zone defined in the console (ASMSAdministrator)

Adjustment is made, now if the Specialist whether or not the time zone is defined, when performing the export, the UTC conversion is performed on the file without generating an error.
