Previously, in the ASMS Specialist, when trying to move to a state that triggered an approval of survey, the console generated an error due to lack of permissions, preventing the case from being updated and the survey being sent.

Implemented an adjustment to roles Manager in case types, adding the permission required for sending approvals containing surveys when handling cases from one state to another.
