CASE CH-25113:

Adjustments are made to the functionality of the Case Creator, now at the moment when a case is created via email, The received email is attached as a file in the case, as well as the note in the attachment’s history.

When creating a case by Case Creator the file will be attached email-attachment.eml which can be viewed at any mail client, when viewing the attachment it will be displayed in the same way that the mail was received in the server, including attachments that the client sent in the mail.

In the case history, the standard note for attachments is attached, indicating that the user ARANDA SERVICE USER added attachment email-attachment.eml to the case.
