Previously, on the console ASMSSpecialist, setting up a rule by setting the condition per survey increased the possibility of generating a loop that did not allow the case to be closed.

A setting is made on the console ASMSSpecialist. Now, when creating or editing a case, moving it to the initial state of the survey, a new one is generated if the previous one has already been resolved.

Note: When a new survey is created, the data from the previous survey will be lost.
