    Backlog and slowness in sending mail.

    A new option is implemented in the Send Email action From the Rules module in the Admin console (ASMSAdministrator), now when you select Send To Specialist Groups, Specialists and Specialist group assigned to the case An option is enabled which allows all recipients to be grouped in a single email; The grouping is made taking into account the culture and/or language associated with each user (specialist).


    Note: Specialist template tags are not replaced when the Group Recipients option is enabled.
