CASE CH-25538:

 New functionality is implemented in the specialist console (ASMSspecialist) and client (ASMScustomer), it is now possible to add hyperlinks in notes.

In the Specialist Console, edit a case and select the button to add a note.

Type in a hyperlink and/or text, select it and click the Insert hyperlink.

In the Web address type the hyperlink, the Title and define whether you want to open the link in a new tab.

Click Insert and then add the note.

Going to the case history will display the added note and from there you can open the hyperlink.
