Previously, on the AssistMe, when creating a case with subject and description while the “Set category to case subject” setting inactive in the ASMS Administrator, an error was generated when displaying the detail of the case in the description, since the text showed the service and category instead of the text entered.
Implemented a setting in the Mobile App of AssistMe which allows you to view the content entered in the Subject and Description when the setting is inactive. When the setting is active, the name of the service and category is automatically added, which can be edited as it works in the web console.
