An error was presented HTTP 502 “Bad Gateway” when creating or updating configuration items (CIs) through the API. This error occurred specifically when running active rules that performed validations or modifications on additional fields of the CIs.

A fix has been implemented that fixes this behavior, allowing the correct execution of the rules and preventing the return of the 502 error during CI creation or update operations using the API.
