Previously, in the Specialist console ASMSSpecialist, despite having set the maximum file size limit to a value greater than 30 MB, when trying to attach a file whose size exceeded 30 MB but was within the new configured limit, the platform generated an error.

Adjustment is made in the Specialist Console ASMSSpecialist. Currently, after configuring the attachment size, the system allows you to successfully attach files that exceed 30 MB in size, as long as they are within the configured limit. File size validation works according to the settings you set.
