Previously, in the ASMS Administrator, when setting up a role with read-only permissions for specialist groups, it was possible to associate and detach values in Specialists, Roles, Profiles and Supervisors from the groups section.

Implemented a fix that corrects this inconsistency, restricting value association to only users with write permissions.
