    Group Client Console Categories

    CASE PM-48096-19-201425:

    In the client console (ASMSCustomer), categories are grouped into the parent category when you have any of the following settings:

    1. In General Settings / Projects / Defaults, as long as you have the View categories not visible to users Marked.

    2. In the catalog and portfolio of services / Services / Categories, if the parent category is active and has the User-viewable category Marked.

    3. If the category has the checkbox checked, is inactive, and the project does not have the checkbox, the categories will not be grouped.
