Previously, in the ASMS Specialist, when a case was changed to a state that began an approval process without having specialists assigned to the corresponding group, the case went to approval without a management option, being blocked because it did not have specialist users authorized to vote.

Adjustment is made on the console ASMS Specialist. Now, when moving to an approval status with no specialists associated with the group, the voting process can be managed using the third-party approval functionality.
