    When executing the create item action, in the created case, the values of Customer, Company, and CI were not associated.

    Adjustment is made in the specialist console (ASMSSpecialist), when creating a new case per rule, the Client, the Company and/or the IC are associated.


    Note: If the Services filter is active, the concept will only be associated with the new case, if it is associated with the service.
