CASE PM-64649-19-201778:

Previously, on the console ASMSAdministrator, when attempting to disassociate a CI who was in a state of Finalized, the operation was not possible and the console returned an error.

A setting has been implemented that corrects this behavior. It is now possible to disassociate in-state CIs Finalized without generating errors.
