When sending notifications, the specialist’s tags were replaced with the data of the user to whom the email was sent.

Adjustments are made in the sending of notifications, at the time when the different notifications are sent to users, the tags are replaced as follows:

• Notifications by rule: They will be replaced with the data according to the concept to which the tag belongs.
• Approval and Survey Notifications: The tags in the specialist section will be replaced by the details of the person in charge of the case.
• Sending mail from the case: When sending email with a template, the tags of the specialist section will be replaced by the details of the person responsible for the case.
