Previously, in the ASMS Specialist, when a rule set to Modify Item and there were two rules, one that advanced state and another that closed it, the console presented an inconsistency, although the database registered the state as closed, the console showed it as open.

A rule processing adjustment has been implemented to correct this behavior. Now, when applying settings that modify states either to Open or closed, the system will maintain consistency between the console and the database, always reflecting the last state defined by the applied rule, without reopening cases.
