Previously, when creating a case in the end user console, the manager check and use of the CI did not work correctly, the case had to bring the information of CI’s associated with the client and the service, however it brought all the CI’s without making the differentiation.

A setting was made in the client console (ASMSCustomer), when creating a case and having the responsible and use of the CI check active, the filtered CI’s are displayed by responsible client and by the clients that make use of the CI. The information of the CI’s associated with the chosen service will also be filtered.

⚐ Note: If the check is not enabled, the system evaluates whether you have the service filter active for the case type. If this condition is met, all the ICs associated with the service will be returned; if the condition is not met, all the ICs of the project will be returned.
