    Deployed, the view Favorite Cases in the ASMSSpecialist, in the Shortcuts. Users will be able to view the cases marked as favorites from the views Assigned to me, From my groups or About my projects, facilitating their monitoring and management.

    Additionally, in the ASMSAdministrator, on the road Service Management > Rules, you can set up emails to users who have marked a case as a favorite, even if they are not responsible for the case, nor are they part of the assigned specialist group.
