Previously, in the Specialist console ASMSSpecialist, when querying a custom view configured with conditions based on additional fields, cases that met the set criteria, in a closed state, could not be viewed.

Adjustment is made on the console ASMSSpecialist. Now, when accessing a custom view with a condition based on an additional field, the view refreshes to show open and closed cases that meet the criteria defined in the view settings.

Note: Additional time-type fields were stored with the date the value was saved. This can cause problems in the condition assessment when querying old records, as the condition assessment may fail until the field is edited and saved again.
