Previously, when creating a case and sending the email notification for approval to the customer, the information in the field (Date and Time) was displayed at a different time, as the UTC time zone was not respected.

A setting was made in the admin console (ASMSAdministrator), if a customer has a UTC time zone set and the approval email is sent to their email, the field (Date and Time) will respect the value of the case or perform the conversion according to UTC.
