Previously, the additional fields type (list) were displayed out of order, without respecting the alphabetical order of the values.

A setting is made in the Administration Console (ASMSAdministrator), now when a new additional field type (list) is created in the service desk section, the values configured in this field will be displayed in alphabetical order in Specialist Console and End User Console.
