Previously, when you set up a rule for automatic mail sending in the ASMSAdministrator, the sent message included the header by default: Automatic message [ID_CASO]: To answer do it above this line, generating confusion.
A setting is implemented that allows you to control the inclusion of the message in the header. Now, in the session Service Management > Email Template, a checkbox has been added that allows you to include or exclude the header in emails sent by rules. If this checkbox is active, the header will not be included in the email.
