    Error in not displaying additional fields

    CASE PM-70284-19-201905:

    Previously, on ASMS consoles Customer and Specialist, fields set as dependent were not visible in the creation form, or editing a case, when the Dependent in the settings of the ASMS Administrator was inactive, even if the field was associated as a dependent.

    An adjustment is implemented. Now, having the Dependent inactive in configuring additional fields from the ASMS console Administrator, fields associated as dependent will be visible in a case’s create/edit form, but they won’t apply the dependent value settings until you check Dependent is activated again.
