    Webhook for ASDK

    Update incidents on the HP TechPulse platform

    The Aranda Integration Center (AIC) exposes the following API, which will be triggered by the rules configured in ASDK V8 (For more information see the ASDK V8 documentation).

    /webhooks/99002/asdk

    This action will allow you to update incidents on the HP TechPulse platform. To configure and register the EndPoint AIC Follow these steps:

    1. Log in to the console Aranda Service Desk Configuration EndPoint ASDK v8 configuration platform.

    /BASDK/Main/Pages/Rules.aspx



    2. In the rules section, configure the type of action and condition that you will use for ASDK V8 to execute the rule.



    3. In the Config. of shares you must change the type of action, you must choose Invoke web service And register the endpoint exposed by AIC



    This completes the setup process for the HP TechPulse and ASDK V8 integration
