CMDB credentials

CMDB APIs require a Authentication token. To get it, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Service Desk Configuration platform and press the General Settings.

2. From the drop-down menu select the Integration Tokens.

3. Under the Options item, select New.

4. Fill in the information required to create the authentication token, copy and save the value. This data is then registered in the Aranda Integration Center (AIC).

Lansweeper Credentials

Integration with Lansweeper uses OHuth. The data provided by Lansweeper for the registered application must be registered in the Aranda Integration Center (AIC).

The required fields are:

• Dirección URL: https://api.lansweeper.com
• Type of authentication: OHuth
• Client Id
• Secret Id
• Refresh Token

Preparation in Lansweeper

1. Log in to the Lansweeper portal with your corporate account: app.lansweeper.com.

2. Open User Profile > Developer Tools > API Client / OAuth.

3. Register or identify the application that will use the integration and get the values of Client Id, Secret Id and Refresh Token.
