ASMS Aranda Credentials

ASMS APIs require a Authentication token, to obtain the token follow the steps below:

• 1. Log in to the Service Desk Settings platform and press the General Settings
• 2. In the new menu window that pops up, select the Integration Tokens
• 3. In the Options item, select the New
• 4. Fill in the information required to create the authentication token, copy and save the changes to register it in the Aranda Integration Center (AIC)
  

Jira Cloud credentials

The first step to integrating with Jira Cloud is to have an active account on the platform.

Create an API token from your Atlassian account:

1. Log in to your Atlassian account.
2. Click Security.

3. Click Create API Token:

   

4. In the dialog box that appears, enter an easy-to-remember and concise label for your token and click Create.

   
5. Click Copy to clipboard and save the token:

Jira Cloud APIs require authorization under the protocol Basic; It is authenticated using the password and username.
