The integration allows you to synchronize the “CIs” in Aranda with the “CIs” in ServiceNow.

Restrictions
- ServiceNow only accepts 100 characters in attachment names. If the file name exceeds this maximum, then ServiceNow trims the attachment name to 100 characters.
- Duplicate files (same name) should not be attached to the case in Servicenow, this action may result in duplicate attachments in the case of ASMS. This is because ASMS differentiates files by name and does not accept duplicates. Therefore, it adds a consecutive to the name of the duplicate file. This can lead to a file duplication loop.
