This module allows you to perform mass association and disassociation of users (clients and specialists) and CIs to projects.

Massive user association

1. To associate users and/or CIs with projects, log in to the ASMS administration, in the Bulk Uploads from the main menu, Select the option Associate Records with Projects. In the information view, Select the Import to perform the bulk upload processes of information.

2. In the window Import You can download the model template for the association of users (specialists or clients) and CIs to projects, making Click Download template templates for import.

3. The file Plantillas.zip which contains the format will be downloaded ItemsProjectTemplate.xls. Edit the file and in the Client, Specialist, and Ci tabs fill in the information of the users and/or CIs to be associated and/or disassociated from them(s) projects.

⚐ Note: the Info tab describes the information to be filled in for each field.

4. Once you fill out the form, compress it into a .zip file, Click the Import and select the file. When generating the import, The import status and start date will be displayed.

5. Once the import is complete, the message will be displayed Successful Import and the end date.

6. If there are any errors during the import, the respective messages will be logged in the import summary, such as the one shown below:

Mass user disassociation

1. To disassociate or delete users from a project, log in to the ASMS Admin Console in the Bulk Uploads from the main menu. In the information view, select a record from the list of existing import template files; The Erase to delete the record.
