Scheduled notifications
This functionality allows you to schedule email or team bot notifications to be sent as a reminder for the creation of a specific case.
1. To create scheduled notifications, log in to the ASMS Admin Console, in the Catalog and Portfolio of Services from the main menu, select the Scheduled Notifications . Define a project on which you are going to create the scheduled notification; In the information view, select the New and in the Detail view fill in the following fields:

Field | Description |

Service | Mandatory field type list that allows you to select the service to be used for the creation of the case. |
Category | Mandatory field type list that allows you to select the category to be used (the active categories associated with the service are listed). |
Send notification by mail | Checking this box enables the template option. - Template: Select the email template for sending the notification, (tags added in this template are not replaced). |
Send notification by Teams | Checking this box enables the following fields: - Title: Fill in the title of the notification. - Description: Fill out the description of the notification. - Button Text: Fill in the button text. - Image: Select an image for notification sending. (Icon size 450 x 250 px, jpg, jpge, png, gif format) |
2. In the Scheduled Notifications Detail View in the ASMS Management Console, select the Programming, where you can fill in the information in the following fields:

Field | Description |

Start date: | Set the date and time when you want the notification to start. |
Programming Type | The options are: - One-time: The notification is only sent once on the defined start date. - On and off: Notification delivery is executed at user-defined minute intervals. - Journal: The notification is sent at user-defined intervals of days. - Weekly: The notification is sent at user-defined intervals of weeks. - Monthly: The notification is sent at user-defined intervals of months. |
End date | Set the date and time when user synchronization will be suspended. |
3. Once the scheduling conditions are met, the email and/or notification will be sent to the Teams bot as follows:

⚐ Note: The email notification will be sent to all users who are associated with the service, and the Teams notification will be sent only to users who have interacted with the bot and who are associated with the service.
