This module allows you to configure the different types of contract as required. See 4.5 Contracts.

To create a contract type, go to the left side menu and click Finance >Type of contract.

Click New and in the Detailsicon, enter the name and description of the contract type, and define whether it will be active (ON) or inactive (OFF).

When finished, click Save to store the type of contract.

You can export the contract types by doing Click on the Export option, located in the drop-down menu at the bottom right of the screen. (AMDL format)

You can import the contract types by clicking on the import located in the drop-down menu at the top of the screen (AMD Format).

Export AMDL Format

1. In the Contract Type Detail View in the ASMS Admin Console, select the Details; on the Save You will have the following options enabled:

• Save- This option allows you to save changes made to the contract type.
• Export- This option allows you to export (AMDL format) the contract type.
• Save as Template: This option allows you to save the contract type information as a template.
• Clone: This option allows you to clone the contract type.

Import AMDL format

1. To import in AMDL format and create from templates, enter the ASMS administration console, in the Finance section of the main menu, select the option Types of contract. Select the New/Import or New/Create from Template .
