    Email templates

    The mail templates created in this module are used to send Manual surveys to customers and/or specialists. See 2.12 Surveys.

    To create a mail template, go to Company Setup > Email template.

    Select the project and concept (client or specialist) on which You will create the mail template.

    Click the New and fill in the requested information on the General like this:

    • Name: name to identify the template.
    • Affair: a matter that the squad will always carry; Here you can Add tags based on the concept you’re configuring.
    • Sender’s Name: Name of the sender.
    • Sender’s Mail: The sender’s email address (if your mail server is configured with OAuth authentication, make sure you’re using the same account that the refresh token was obtained with). See Output Servers.
    • Default: Select ON if you want the template appears by default and is the first choice when sending a mail.
    • Format: Choose whether the email will be formatted as rich text (HTML) or plain text (plain).

    On the Editor Design the body of the message. May include tags that are replaced by the value of the item corresponding to the time to send the email.

    Finish by clicking Save to store the template.
