    Bulk Uploads by Case Type

    This module allows you to perform bulk uploading of cases, this bulk upload is only for case creation, not updating.

    Bulk upload by case type

    1. To perform a bulk case upload, log in to the ASMS Management Console, in the Bulk Uploads from the main menu, select the type of case you are uploading Incidents/Problems/Changes/Service Requirements/releases/Maintenance. Define a project, and in the information view, select the Import to carry out the processes of mass loading of information.



    2. In the window Import You can download the model template for importing case types (incidents, problems, changes, service requirements, releases, maintenance) by selecting the Discharge.



    3. The file Plantillas.zip which contains the format will be downloaded ItemTemplate.xls Edit the file and fill in the information to be uploaded on each field.



    Note: The Info tab describes in detail the obligation and information to be filled in on each field



    4. Once you fill out the format, compress it into a .zip file, click the import and select the file. When you generate the import, the status of the import and the start date will be displayed.



    5. Once the import is complete, the Import Successful message and the end date will be displayed.

    6. If there are errors during the import, the respective messages will be logged in the Import Summary as shown below:
