The profiles allow specialists to be classified according to their knowledge and skills. To create a profile, go to the menu left side and click Service Desk > Profiles.
Select the case type and model on which you want to create the profile.
Click the New and in the Details to the Right, fill in the name and description of the profile. Click Save to store the information.
⚐ Note: You can create multiple profiles for each case type and model.
The profiles created here will be used when assigning the groups
of specialists who will manage the cases. If you want your groups to

Create profiles, just leave the default profile.
