    Scripts

    Scripts are predefined forms for creating and documenting cases. To create a script, go to the left side menu and click Service Desk > Scripts.

    Select the type of case and model on which you are going to create the script.

    You will notice the eyelashes General and Editor on the right side of the screen.

    On the General Enter a name and description for the script.

    On the Editor Design the script. There are two options: Design (plain text template) and HTML (template with rich text).

    Click the Save To apply the settings Performed.
