    Relations

To relate an IC to a case, article, or other IC, follow the steps outlined in 5.14 Relationships. The module Relations is available in the left side menu, in the sections Service Desk, Catalog and Portfolio of Services, Knowledge Base, CMDB and Events.

    Native CI Relationships

The ASMS CMDB makes use of native relationships (CIs to CIs) inserted directly into the Database and that are associated with assets that are automatically discovered through other integrations, such as ADM / AEMM.
