    Roles and permissions

    The following are the details of the Super Roles and permissions with their respective description, which you can later configure in the console ASMSAdministrator in the session of Roles.

    Shared permissions

    It has permissions for the full management of Incidents, Problems, Changes, ServiceCalls, and Releases. With this role, they have the ability to create, edit, and delete, as well as manage related tasks. They can access and update detailed information about categories, groups, projects, users, models, and statuses specific to each type of case.

    Items.Add Allows the addition of Incidents, Problems, Changes, ServiceCalls, and Releases.
    Items.Delete Allows the removal of Incidents, Problems, Changes, ServiceCalls, and Releases.
    UpdateAccessObject Allows you to update the access object.
    CreateDocument It allows you to create documents.
    GetDocument It allows you to obtain documents.
    DeleteDocument Allows you to delete documents.
    Templates.Add Allows you to add templates.
    Templates.Update Allows the updating of templates.
    Categories.List Get the list of categories.
