    departmentNumber field in the endpoint case list

    CASE CHG-116016-19-302334:

    The case list endpoint (POST https://{host}/ASMSAPI/api/v9/item/search) is updated to include a new field:

    • departmentNumber: In order to improve traceability in the reports, a field is included that allows the identification of the department or dependency associated with each case.
