Implemented in the Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp the automatic closure of the session due to inactivity, in order to optimize resources and maintain proper management of the conversation.
If the user leaves a request in progress without interaction, the 5 minutes the bot sends a warning; when it responds, the time restarts and the flow continues. On compliance 10 minutes inactivity, the session is automatically logged out and the bot sends an information card. To regain attention, simply invoke the bot again.
