Previously, in the ASMS Mobile App, when attempting to perform a Change of status From a case detail, the status selector did not display all available statuses or enable the scroll to move between them. This prevented the specialist from visualizing and selecting statuses that were outside the initial visible area, limiting case management from the mobile app.
An adjustment was implemented in the ASMS Mobile App which ensures that the status change selector correctly displays all available statuses and enables scrolling using scroll, allowing the specialist to select any state without viewing restrictions.
