Previously, in the consoles of ** ASMS Customer** and ASMS Specialist, when creating a case, if the user repeatedly pressed the Enter While the system processed the request and displayed the load loader, duplicate cases were generated for each additional click registered before the process was completed.

Implemented a tweak on consoles Customer and Specialist that blocks additional commits while a case is being created, preventing repeated press of Enter or multiple clicks on the save button result in duplicate records.
