Previously, there was a failure when using the additional field type File (attachments) in the creation of cases from The Teams bot, because the Adaptive Cards they do not support the management of this type of field.

A validation has been implemented for the additional fields of the form: when the use of Adaptive Cards is enabled and detects at least one File field, the case creation flow is automatically redirected to the web interface, ensuring that the user can correctly complete the form without limitations.
