In the ASMS Specialist A functionality was incorporated that allows the flow of status of cases and tasks to be graphically visualized. Clicking on the icon next to the Status field displays a diagram identifying the current state and the states to which it can transition. This visualization is informational only and does not allow editing or modifying the diagram.
