Previously, in the Administration of ASMS, by using case balancing by Advanced Shifts, the system could automatically assign a case to a specialist who was not available according to the time settings defined for his shift. The specialist was included in the balancing process even when the time of case creation was outside the range of days and times configured in his shift, generating assignments that did not correspond to the specialist’s actual availability.

Implemented an adjustment to the balancing motor by Advanced Shifts which guarantees that, when automatically assigning a case, only specialists whose shift is active at the exact moment of the creation of the case are considered, respecting the days and time slots configured.
