Deployed in the ASMS Administration The inheritance setting between a catalog value type List and an additional field type Short text.

This functionality allows the short text field to inherit, in read mode, the value of the code_key corresponding to the value selected from the list catalog.

Example:

In a list catalog called Country, with the Colombia and the code CO-001, when associating an additional field type Short text from the Dependent Additional Fields Configuration, when in the ASMS Specialist the value is selected Colombia, the short text field will automatically display the value CO-001.
